yay! about to head out on a road trip to Ottawa with my mum! whats best for a long drive? tights! but no not just any tights...these tights i got from a random store i found in the mall (Urban Planet) which ive never step foot in before. thank goodness i did! i love these tights..plus they were a steal for only $18!

i flew on my favourite sweater of all time which i got at Urban Outfitters last season. the animal print is so amazing yet suttle for some reason? not sure why i think that but i do. i legit wear this as much as i can. it goes with anything and everything! this is by far one of my fav pieces in my closet of wonders.

ponchos - love it or hate it

friends! i realize that ponchos arent for everyone, but i love this one i found at H&M!  the world of women clothes went through a faze of everything being uber tight, and i dont mind that at all. but sometimes its so nice to throw on something baggy and comphy! the colors are so fall-ish and i love the black stripes. for only $45 you can get one too! they also come in a pale pink - so cute! pair this with tights and its the best fat day outfit ever. heres some ideas on how to wear them!

knee high sky high

ok first off, dont hate me. im sorry ive been a horrible blogger and have been gone for days. but im BACK!

now i realize that im a little late on the trend of knee high socks...but im starting to really like it. i just bought my first pair so ill be back with some pics soon. there are so many ways to wear them! i think i may be a little late in the season as well considering its bloody freezing outside. i might still rock them now.

skulls and spikes

i love this clutch!! my newest buy thanks to Zara. this is my second thing ive purchased that has skulls on it... (aldo bracelet) but i still manage to say i dont like skulls? im going to have to change that point of view.

on my wrist

i started to wear more silver recently, as gold use to grace my fingers and wrist everyday. i love this silver snake bangle i got from Aldo. it goes perfectly with my skull and studs bracelet also from Aldo. i love that rock n roll look! but then i pair it with my silver Guess watch...which isn't so rock n roll... but it all seems to go together nicely! i just added some more plain silver bangles to take up more of my wrist! 

gold gun girls! gold! i love gold...well fake gold as that's what is above. this gold watch from asos.com is great to pair with any other gold piece you have. i decided to go with this greenish bangle from forever 21 to add some color, as well as the two other gold bracelets also from forever 21 (they have the best jewellery for so little!!)

Both these boots go with almost anything. Their perfect for a fall day shopping or wearing to work. The heels on Little Burgundy are just the right height for us tall peeps. The boots that im wearing have a bit higher heel, but are soo comphy and are the perfect hight around the ankle to wear with jeans or tights! love love love

boho/hobo look

i love mary-kate and ashley olsens style. i realize that its not always the 'prettiest' outfits, or worthy of being in some magazines top 10 looks of the week, but they take risks. thats what i appreciate. their look is very boho/hobo look (99% of the time its hobo) but still...thumbs up.(notice how i didn't add any of the 'hobo' looks? ya not my style.

i never wear animal print... i actually never wear prints of any sort but for some reason this shirt caught my eye. i love the leather accents around the pockets and collar and how sheer the top is. its at a perfect length to wear with any bottoms, today i decided to pair it with my American Apparel shiny high-waisted leggings.

my shoes give me amazing height (not that i need help with department) and comfort! the insides are lined with fur, and the platform at the front gives extra protection when maybe rolling your ankles.

this gold whistle necklace was the greatest find of this week. i wouldn't suggest blowing into it if you're not willing for a scary surprise. the whistle is vintage so i can only imagine.
